1. Acting ATF Director Kenneth Melson has been reassigned to a lesser post in the Justice Department.
2. In Phoenix, Assistant U.S. Attorney Emory Hurley was reassigned from the criminal to civil division.
3. Also in Phoenix, three out of the four whistleblowers were reassigned to new positions outside Arizona.
4. U.S. Attorney for Arizona, Dennis Burke was also one the people involved in "Fast & Furious" is gone. Burke got physically sick during his questioning before the congressional investigators and couldn't finish his testimony.
