can someone make me one of these for a polaris ranger and how much?
Pretty much anybody should be able to make something like that provided three things:
1. You've got a big enough press for long guns,
2. You don't mind putting your rifle into said press (since there's probably not big blue firearm blocks to use to get the shape), and
3. You have a way or don't mind the paying the guy to figure out a way to attach the Kydex scabbard to your rig.
Unless it's for riding around looking for piggies that you need easy access to your gun for, I don't know why this would be any better than the enclosed plastic scabbards that are already out there.
It is for when I am out checking fence or shed hunting etc, and see a yote or hog!

I just use Velcro straps to put my M4 in the cab of the tractor on the roof. Coyotes fear me on that tractor.
Come on someone! I need one of these!
Sorry I don't have a press big enough. Otherwise would be a fun project.
