I would keep the hammer down like they don't exist.
It's actually a stopgap measure against the caravaners. When those people get up here they'll have chickens everywhere (the more chickens you got, the more shi+ you got) and goats running loose in the yard. The houses will be painted in all those garish foreign colors and we'll wish we had a chicken ban. It's peemptive. Do it NOW before it's too late.
Yeah... pickin' wildlife (and/or other forms thereof) outta my vehicle's grill isn't a favorite pastime of mine.
