I have an A3 and love it. I sold my m9a1 long ago. The A3 fixed the complaints I had with the m9 platform. I’d love to shoot one with a RDS.

It should be in at the end of this week. I really haven't read anything bad about them. One of better things is the trigger. It'll be another two or three weeks before I can shoot it. Working out of town for awhile.

I hope it works out well for you, but I just can't get over the flat backstrap on the A4. That was one of the flaws in the 1911 that was fixed on the 1911A1, so I don't see why Beretta chose to go backwards on that.

I couldn’t find the RDO on Beretta’s Web site, but the M9A4 they have looks like it has a wrap-around grip that has the backstrap hump.

All the Vertec gripped Berettas come with a wraparound. Aftermarket ones from Lok also exist and are better, but pricey.
