You might take a look at the XS Big Dots. They aren't cheap, but they're enormous.

Plus 1 easy to see and fast on target.

Have you considered a laser? I don't know mucgh about them, but, it seems if the sights are a problem, a laser would take them out of the equation, especailly in a stressful situation.

I just put a set of orange rear/green front Meprolights on my 33. I like them better than the Trijicons on the 27. Seems to me the orange makes the green front sight pop.

Big dot is perfect on my G26, I also like fiber optics on my G23. I wear tri focals so I need the big colored sights.
