I'll be looking for a savings on a SawStop cabinet saw... but I'm not getting my hope up

Those are pretty cool saws, used to run a cabinet shop, had lots of demos on them

Yeah, Grizzly has those. But of all the sales they’ve been rolling out these past couple of weeks, neither those nor the metal working lathe I want is on that list.

I'm not so much concerned about the painless amputation, but I'm terrified of the nuclear blast of one of those brakes firing off. The one demo I saw was deafening.

Haha, yeah, but be assured the amputation is only painless for a few seconds!! Then just a painful bloody mess!

As a lifetime retail employee, I've come to despise Black Friday. It's an enormous pain in the ascii. People ask me all the time what the specials will be ---- sorry to say, but I just see "stuff". Shame on the retail corporate establishment for training people to expect bargains for stuff they most likely don't need, can't afford so it goes on a credit card, and will end up in the endless maze of storage lockers littering the suburbs.

I got my first .223 rifle on Black Friday a few years ago..I hated the thought of that tiny round but I was in Academy in the afternoon not even knowing it was Black Friday and seen a Savage Axis with rebate going to cost me $150 or something ridiculous like that.
Well can't pass that up.
I love that little round.
