Black Powder Help!

I am a virgin when it comes to black powder and you help as been greatly appreciated.

Agreed about not just jumping on the max load your gun can handle. My CVA shoots best around 90 grains. I prefer triple 7 FF over Pyrodex any day. The paper doesn't know the difference, but cleanup is WAYYYY easier on me with triple 7. Pyrodex is pretty corrosive stuff and produces a whole lot of fouling. It's worth the extra cash for triple 7.
