I've been getting back in to shooting my CW muskets. Who sells black powder in Tulsa area?

Dong's and Bass Pro. I order mine from Powder Inc in AR which is less than 1/2 the price even counting in shipping and hazmat fees. You have to ask for it they donot have it in the open because of storage regs.

Might check Bills in Claremore. Some of his powders have been 1/2 the price of Dongs.
