Somewhat unusual to see one of those in the original 7mm. Most got re-chambered to 7.62. 7mm isn't terribly common these days, but its a very accurate round, and will be safer to shoot in an 1893 action.
You probably know, but there's a lot of history associated with the Spanish 1893s. They were cutting-edge technology when adopted. When U.S. troops first faced them in the Spanish-American war, they quickly realized how obsolete their Krags and Trapdoor Springfields were in comparison. That led directly to the development and adoption of the 1903 Springfield rifle, which copied Mauser's action.

Its a shame the stock has been sporterized but you can get a chilean model 95 stock on liberty tree collectors and I bet it would fit.

Yeah, its a shame Bubba got a hold of that one. Looks like some nice wood. A Swede 1896 stock is another alternative that would probably work. Or just clean it up. Its probably a fine shooter as-is.
