You boys need a road trip to Shepard hills factory outlet in Lebanon Missouri. It has tons of case knives and others , biggest selection I’ve seen.

How far is it from Eureka Springs, Arkansas? We're going there on vacation in July.

Nevermind, I googled it...just over 2 hours. :disappoin

Wow! He used that thing a lot! All of the blade's belly is gone. That is so cool. According to the Case Collectors Club website, your dad's Soddy was a 1983 model. My condolences on the loss of your father.
Thanks. He passed in April of 2016. But yeah. He had two knives constantly thru out
My life. That did buster jr and a folding fillet knife with wooden scales. Last time I saw the fillet knife it was missing one scale and the blade was about as bad as the sodbuster. I am not sure what happened to it.

One last bump before I buy new. I've narrowed my choices down to blue, green, orange or yellow.

I kinda wanted red, but Case only offers it in 1095 carbon steel and I know my grandson's don't wanna deal with that. But it sure is purdy!

I still need to take a quick look but I like the green

That's the one I'm leaning towards as well. I have a green leather slip and I'm about to order another one for the other grandson.

Hitch and Timber offers lots of different color choices. They have one called "Gray Moon" that would look good with the black Soddy I already have, and if I go with the green Soddy, I'm thinking it would look good in the "Evergreen" H&T slip that I already have.
