Oh its much better than that...The Trump appointee recused himself and that left his number 2, sound familiar?

So, who is that? Glad you asked....

https://www.frontpagemag.com/point/...holdover-accused-corruption-daniel-greenfield

"When the media first began to spin the raid on the president's lawyer, they claimed that it had been approved by a Trump appointee. Of course it hadn't. It came from Rosenstein on one end. And Trump's appointee had recused himself. That left his deputy, an Obama holdover. Robert Khuzami. And there are reports that he allegedly made the decision. Khuzami was in charge of SEC enforcement under Obama."

History? He has it in spades from Deutsche bank prior to the housing crisis to "The last one's" SEC Enforcement head. Pretty amazing read.
Such a search requires high-level approval. The USAM requires such a search warrant to be approved by the U.S. Attorney — the head of the office, a Presidential appointee — and requires "consultation" with the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. This is not a couple of rogue AUSAs sneaking in a warrant.
The issue with this is that it is not related to Russian Collusion(which is not a crime by the way), and Sessions recusal does not apply.
Sessions is part of the swamp and needs to go. I can't believe he is still in office. Well, I do. Sessions secured his office by his recusal.
If Trump fires him at any time during this witch hunt, it would be bad for Trump. Sessions has deep roots in the swamp and isn't a dumbarse. His recusal was a very calculated move on his part.

This is how far this country has plummeted down the toilet. When our FBI is raiding someone’s house to try and prove Trump had sex with a porn star and paid her off. This is just so important to this nation. It’s good to know we don’t have anything important to be focusing on.

I'm surprised no one has suggested Trump told the truth about the Stormy Daniels affair and that Michael Cohen is in trouble for entering into a non-disclosure agreement on behalf of his client without his client's knowledge. That would get him disbarred in NY at a minimum. I suppose the concept of President Trump telling the truth about such a matter is just too far fetched to consider, even among his most ardent supporters.

You know what they say "a lawyer that represents himself, represents a fool."
