This is stupid. As a fan, college football is the greatest sport on earth. Part of that is because of the incredibly meaningful regular season.

All that aside and even if you want a playoff, this is an idiotic implementation. I can't see where there would be any issues with a selection committee choosing the four teams. No controversy there.

Do not see how it is not a better situation for Oklahoma sports. With the big powerhouse teams in Big 12 a 3rd place team is left out of playing for national championship.
