Added another rimfire wheelgun to the collection. I really didn't have the money to buy another gun right now, but I just couldn't pass this one up. The finish is close to flawless and the action is like brand new. You'd never know that this is a 44 year old gun. What a sweet little shooter it is, and there's just nothing in the world quite like a nickle plated revolver. Who else here has one?

I didn't even know they made them with fixed sights. All I've seen are the adjustable sight models. Very nice!!

My experience is the exact opposite,,,
I've never seen a Frontier Scout with adjustable sights.

This is Lucille,,,
She was my Momma's pistol.

Lucille is one of the early 1960's alloy frame models.

I am green with envy.

Beautiful wood grips too that go well with the nickel.

Usually the first thing I do when I get a new gun is buy a set of grips for it. Seems like it just never has exactly what I want on it. Not with this one, I like it just as it is.

I think the Frontier Scout is fixed sights and the New Frontiers are adjustable sight models.

I believe that is the case.
