Competition two layer belt

Looking for used small or med size competition two belt system. Doesn’t have to be top tier quality, mainly need to set up a belt for my wife for range use with some speed in shooting steel, mag holders and holsters a plus but not required. What do you have?

I just use two Velcro police underbelts
One I wear and one I can just take off easily.
The outer one I had a shoe shop sew on heavy duty hook Velcro on the underside.

I have a size small black scorpion gear inner/outer belt. It's blue. Their website says small is 26"-28". Free if you want it. It was my sons when he was 13 or so.
