Looking on Gun Broker, I could sell 3 bricks of SPR and buy the Colt I been wanting with the cash! With people paying these prices, the mfgs may hold out longer than needed to let shipments go!
Sell them and get what you want.
Not really your fault people are paying what they are paying.

If a used car dealer has a bunch of cars for 5000 over what others sell them for there is no crime committed.
If a person buys said overpriced car that is only the fault of the buyer.
I see people buy new cars all the time.

All other cars I made a profit and drove most of them for quite a while.
