I had a set of grips on my snub that had an issue with the rubber part coming loose. I returned them to Crimson Trace with the hope they would reglue them. Today, the UPS driver delivered a brand new set of grips. Can't beat customer service like that. Even though they were almost 2 years old and heavily used. I'll definitely be a repeat customer the next time I need a set of laser grips.

I only ever had one dealing with Crimson Trace customer service - and it was excellent. They know how to treat their customers

I think that Franson Firearms is an authorized dealer for them here in Tulsa too... stop by and talk to Lia or Don.

I had a problem with one of my sets and they were replaced, no question about it.
