I have a Form 1 in the papermill right now on which I intentionally left block 4H blank. If it gets approved, as is, I am not going to engrave a thing.

On my form 1 for my GSG-5 I listed the info that's already on the receiver. I didn't even mention my trust info.
4h;
ATI, Rochester NY, .22LR HV, GSG-5, Made in Germany

When i talked to the guy that answers the phone at NFA, he said on Form 1's they check the forms BEFORE the check gets cashed to make sure everything is ok and that i'm not trying to build something that isn't allowed.

My check was cashed 2/25/10.

I also have another where I did put my trust info in that line. Too soon to know anything.

My last check got cashed a couple of weeks back. I put all of the maker and importer stuff in 4a and left 4h blank. Hopefully I will not have to engrave any extraneous stuff onto my gun.
