deer lease

anybody be interested in going in on a deer lease? i found 160acres in western okla. for $1800 up to 4 hunters for archery ,mz and gun season

roger mills county, sand hills, crp, some woods and a creek, don't know if it has water year round. my brother owns 320 across the road and thier only water is 2 wind mills,they kill lots of deer and some nice 120-140 class bucks. it's out there by black kettle if you know what that looks like
