It's fake. The control box is down on the bottom. You can choose on/off or upper/lower on the controls. All the JBT had to do was turn the key to lower and lower him down himself.

Haha, fake or not, when he did the "Maybe I will, maybe I won't" while making the lift go up and down, I cracked up.

Funny but looks staged to me. There was a guy busted on Cops for DUI on a lawn mower. "I know my rights" how many times have LEO's heard that one!

Funny as hell when he started going up and down.

Actuually only boom lifts have the dual controls. The scissors have and key at the bottom but do have a manual hydraulic override but they are a pull lever that lets them down.

Fake or not,very clever.
