Well, hospital personnel in various places are being told to NOT wear their scrubs to work, but to change into scrubs at their place of work. Seems someone local was shot at in a gas station while getting gas. Shooter was another customer buying gas that went off on the worker "spreading the virus" and then fled the scene. Who knows, it might have been somewhere here on OSA where I saw it.

I've slept since then.

I'm more concerned with how one becomes a locomotive engineer.

I mean, to get a Hazmat endorsement on a CDL one needs a background check.

Do train engineers just go to the union to get certified, or is there any Gov regs ?
According to the below article, railroad engineers are required to have a Federal license, akin to a CDL, but you have to be working for a railroad before you can even apply.
