Remember a couple of years back when the EPA wanted to tax farm animals for putting too much methane gas into the atmosphere? Well now they're trying for another power grab on private property ditches, gullies, ravines, etc.

I was dissapointed to read to the end of the article and find that"...because it is not a formal rule it cannot be enforced by the courts."
The creek that crosses me rarely runs. When we get a good rain, I get the fall-out from a bunch of garbage dumps and septic lines up the creek fom me.
Thanks fer nothin dad blame goverment.

Navigable waterways are controlled by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. If they're now in bed with the EPA, this can only be a bad thing for the American public. :(
