Yeah, the G-3 was a great score! I found an original painted Portugese G-3 kit in New York and built it on a new semi receiver. I'm into the Arfican Bush War and these are examples of what was used in Rhodesia during the 70's

I used my STG58 in this months Practical Rifle Match at Oil Capitol. Distances were a little short for a battle rifle but with it's weight double tapps were no problem.
