We have one half beef left available from our 2023 beef season from our farm in Shawnee. Processing is scheduled for 1/2/24. Charging $5/lb hanging weight plus processing at One Sixty Processing, also in Shawnee. Our other halves this season have been around 330 lbs hanging and have had great marbling. $250 deposit to reserve. PM with any questions or to reserve.

$5/lb hanging may sound high, but with calves selling for $3.50+ liveweight, our costs are high and beef prices are not going down anytime soon. It's high quality, grass fed, grain finished, farm fresh beef from right here in Oklahoma.

This is the last half left available this year, but we'll have more next spring/summer from our 2023 calf crop.

Thanks! I had to sell cows in last year's drought for next to nothing. This year's market is high, it's just the way it goes.

Yes, I bought 1 from a member here and paid additional to get it raised. I had it processed a bit over a year ago.

But maybe I got lucky.

Posting to say I gotta get my freezer cleaned out. Prices may be high but so are expenses. I haven't had nicely finished beef in a while. And I don't think Grumpy has ever had anything but grocery store meat. I aim to fix that this spring.
