A Dawson Precision F.O. front sight is on its way to me. I like that they come with 2 extra fiber optic filaments and a front sight tool too. I have ordered from Dawson before and the great customer service is what brought me back for this purchase. I'll post pics once I get 'em in and mounted.
I just took a Sharpie and blacked out the rear. We'll see how that works once I install the fiber optic front sight.

Yea , thats what I did on my G30 and M&P40...has F/O... G has front night site.. 8)
Go with a Hiviz front (in green) because it's the toughest FO sight, and a black rear (my preference is the 10-8 sight).
Thats whats on my M&P 40....very see-able... 8)
Got the Dawson FO sight; comes with a red fiber installed, a Glock front sight tool and some extra red and green fiber. Well made, easy install, and I like it. Happy camper.
