I don’t know if anyone else still enjoys this classic old round but I still shoot it a bunch.

Got caught up on the busy work the boss lined up so I thought why not enjoy the opportunity and do something useful.

Stuffing some 150gr jsp over 29gr of IMR3031 for a few medium velocity rounds.

Get some 115-125 gr boolets. 110 gr varmit boolets really get some zip.

I’ve loaded a ton of slightly milder with cast just for plinking too. Price per round goes way down on those as I’ve cast so many the investment in equipment has paid off many times. My primers were bought on sale a decade or two ago. I’m probably in the .03-.04 a round for powder and primer. If I use Unique I’m probably around.02-.03.
