My Windicator looked and felt great but i split the rear sight trying to adjust it. Split at the frame.

EAA is am American importer in Florida and import a lot of handguns, shotguns and rifles from all over Europe. The first I remember were Zoli shotguns and Tanfolio pistol. May have been some before those. I was getting some of those in late 70s.
Yes, it's the German Windicator (or Vindicator if you pronounce it in English). The .38 Spl. has an alloy frame, while the .357 Mag has a steel frame. I've never heard anything bad about them.
This one has both calibers listed on frame.
It’s funny the guy said it was “too powerful” lol… what did he only try full house .357 mags in it? .38s should be doable. Hell I handload .357 cowboy action type loads that feel like .22lr.
