Seriously I need to get a good photo of my FrankenRifle. An 87A in a new deluxe stock made for a similar rifle. Looks a little odd but fits me and shoots better than I do.

My first gun purchase was the Stevens 87A ( I think was the model ) gill gun. I was probably 12 and bought it with my "lawn mowing money" from Oklahoma Tire & Supply (OTASCO) in Bixby, OK. I bought it because I thought those gills were really cool. I traded it off several years later for the Marlin Glenfield Model 60. I really didn't like the butt ugly yellow stock of the Stevens. Still have the Glenfield.....wish I still had the Stevens
