There are 3 letters on the barrel next to the S/N, the 3 letters represent the barrel test fire date code:

The first letter is for the month:

The last two letters are for the year:

This chart is for the “proof“ marked Guns. with few exceptions, you will not see these on any US made or imported Glock in the last 30+ years.
Yours should have been made about 2000.

You can find Glock customer service contacts in their website. Send them a message with your serial number and they will answer in very short order with the month and year of manufacture.

My Glock starts with the letters TB. Makes no sense to me.

With few exceptions, this only works on guns made in the 1980s. Exceptions are guns whose original destination was to be in Europe.
It has nothing to do with the serial number of the gun. Only the date codes/marks placed on it when it was proof tested.
