Anything is possible.
But I don't think so. Made sure there weren't two lined up before taking the shot on the first one. Thought it was a miss, but the spine shot put it down immediatly. Just didn't see it fall because of recoil in the scope.

Way to go Dennis! 400 yards is hard to do one time, but twice ... well, that is spectaucular.

Nvrstfied (sp?) and I went out a.m. & p.m. on 12/23 w/o any sightings, but we did find a "deer highway" leading out of a bean field into a creek that I thought was too steep banked for deer to access.

Now let's see what the 06 will do on an elk this weekend.

I'm ready. Got the trigger tuned up, sighted in at the range with a 0 set for 300 yds, so its good to go.
BTW, ended up buying a new knife from you know who that is supposed to be ready before the hunt
