Got a Pig

Is it wrong to sing "Hakuna Matata" while you're field dressing a pig? [BD][;D]

I took this gal 20 minutes after sunset from about 150 yards after spotting a bunch (15+) from around 600 yards off.

After I spotted them I closed the distance by walking down a draw that parallels the wheat field they were in. I was acutally able to climb up in my ladder stand without being seen so that I could take the shot. Here's the photo, weight was 110# field dressed.

I'm keeping the loins and the ribs, the rest is going to be breakfast sausage. Mmmmmm!

I used a bolt action rifle in 270 Win. No shots at the others as they scattered as soon as they heard the shot.

Atleast you stopped them before they could tear up your field... I'd love to get me some fresh pork..
