I know I am a little late here and I do not have kids in school. Has anyone gone back through all the items that have been approved, taxes raised, legalized horse races and items like that for financing education by the Oklahoma tax payers over the years and see if that amount jives with what the systems are receiving today?

As I am a little confused by all of the line items, am I reading correctly that the total revenue generated is 8.2B and the total expenditures is about 5.5B?
