Try Jon Ax at GunRX (aka Cache Creek Fly Shop) on C Ave.

I haven't personally had any work done by him though.

Jon has done work on various S&W revolvers for me, including setting them up for IDPA, and the result on each has been excellent.
Depending on his workload, you might have to get in line; I wouldn't wait until right before hunting season to take something in.
