I am wanting a portrait tattoo on my upper arm and i have been told Josh Reynolds is one of the best in Oklahoma for that type of tattoo.He works at mindbendertattoo.If any of you have had his work done please post a picture.If there is anyone you think is better please let me know who that is.Thanks

I found a picture of my Mom when she was 8 that was in a box of pictures i hadn't seen in twenty years.She recently passed away and i would like to have a tattoo of that picture put on my upper arm.I don't mind traveling or spending more money if their is a better artist somewhere.
