have a glock question

i recently bought a glock 22 from a friend but the sticker on the case said m-22. Is there a difference between a m22 and a g22? it looks exactly the same as a g22 so i dont know if it was a typo or if theres actually some difference somehow. So far noones been able to explain what a m22 is not even the local gun store. Can someone clear this up for me? thanks
