High Standard 22cal?

I need to know a value on this pistol. Its a high standard 22cal with a heavy barrel. It shows wear but I would rate it at about 80%. Here are some pics.

I had one of those about 10-12 years ago but it was stolen. I liked it. It was a very good shooting pistol.

In that condition they are asking 375.00 - 475.00 at most of the gun shows, The magazines are bringing around 50- 60 bucks.
