HK MP5 22 vs GSG 522 magazines

Very similar looking guns and magazines.

I can't find the information anywhere so I figured I'd try here.

Does anyone know if the magazines between these two are interchangable?

In today's environment, both are tough to find and when you can, the HK is steeper in price.

So, anyone know for sure?

I have both gsg and the hk 22s, the magazines are not interchangeable. They look very similar but they
Will not interchange. If you are looking to buy one fire arm or the other I prefer the hk. No feeding problems with mine but the gsg will have a FTF every now one then.

I did pick up the HK. Really solid looking and feeling. Makes me hunger for the "real thing" even more!!

I have considered converting it to SBR status, but unless I can dig up a bunch of mags, it just wouldn't work right now.
