It's sleet covered and slick out there in edmond. I'm staying home today. Funny thing is, Edmond schools were closed a few days ago on a whiff of snow, but today they're open. I pray for all those little high schoolers that just learned how to drive 10 minutes ago.
Took my SIL hour and a half to get to work - about 11 miles.

there was some thunder and sleet here in Tulsa, the highway is okay if you go slow ( i can look out my window at the B/A expressway). sidewalks and streets are gonna be slick. I'll just have some coffee and stay home.
I don’t always make the right decision, but sometimes I do. It looks like a made a good decision this time by not to head up to my place this morning.

I do not miss the days of having to get to work. I'll just postpone my errands for a day or two.
