I get one or two hour long naps daily - I only sleep for 4 or 5 hrs a night due to a bad hip and back, then its tossing and turning, pulling the hose out of the CPAP - taking off CPAP putting CPAP back on, take off and fill with water again. finally say the f word and just get up and make coffee and start my morning reports.
i try to as much as i can --- considered it a priority when i was a traveling insurance adjuster -- i would look at damaged homes till 1:30 or 2 , get to the hotel, do 20 minutes on the treadmill, then a 30 minute nap --- would prepare me for the 4 or 5 hours of paperwork i always needed to do in the evening
Now that im home based, consistency is a little harder to get
Doctor orders two hours every day or to wear those compression hose things. I love my nap even if I do not sleep a lot of days. I still lay down for the two hours..
