Personally I plan to use snare traps around my home during the zombie apocalypse. Have a noose made of piano wire with the opening from 5 to 6.5ft above the ground and tied to a bent over sapling. When a zombie walks into the snare it will tighten around his neck. The more he struggles the more it will cut through his neck until eventually it cuts off his head releasing the sapling to spring up flinging the head into my neighbors yard.
