Is her addressing veterans a bigger insult than ignoring them?

What would you have her do in regards to Veterans' Day?

Now now she is covering for poor Joe, he is in Egypt at the climate summit.

The white House always says something or show up somewhere for Veterans Day.

Honestly, i don't think the VP had a choice, she gave the speech because she was ordered to.
