Lease is till the end of 2011. Cost is 750 per member. There are no hunting guests allowed. If you like to bring a family member and let them sit in your stand or blind with you, thats fine. This is recreational lease. If nobody is hunting the property but if you like to camp, thats fine. There is no running water or electrical on the property. There is a spot to leave a camper. No permanent structures are allowed. Stands/feeders and property improvements such as shooting lanes and food plots are allowed. 2 ponds exist on the property. One has lots of hog signs. Weve seen deer signs in the form of trails, rubs and prints. Turkey heard in the distance. Of the 400 acres only about 40 is open. The rest is wooded. Location is around the Skedee, Oklahoma area.
The club will be using a website to communicate when members are going to be out on the property.
