I've been in the paint biz for about 30 years, so I've seen about all the horrible failures you could imagine, but somehow, almost daily I see some new and exciting way for paint to fall off something someone doesn't want it to fall off of.
You're about to spray water all over a water based paint that hasn't fully coalesced yet. That will drastically effect the ability of the stuff to form a proper film. If it's a guest bath, you might get by with it for a few months.
At this point, you're all in, so all I'm doing is causing you bad visions, so, I'll stop.
