importing a firearm

My family back in Canada have a couple of rifles they want me to have. Talked to boarder patrol to see if I could just claim them when coming back. Seems like I have to go through the BATF. Any of you smart people know an importer who might be able to do this for me.

Thanks that is good info, my search foo is not that great i could not find that. Now I just need an ffl willing to help. That should be the easy part. I'm heading back in a week for my mom's Celebration of Life when everyone can get there after the holidays. was up there earlier in the month to see her when she was in the hospital before she passed but did not have time to do this . I will get all the info from the rifles and pics too. Thanks
