Ammo purchase. I purchased 2 boxes of 9mm ammo from Jeremy on 01/12/2010. He cashed my CC on 01/14/2010 and it cleared my bank on 01/15/2010. I paid 50.00 plus 10.00 shipping for this ammo. Jeremy has come up with all kinds of excuses for why he has not shipped the ammo or returned my funds. I have asked for a confirmation on the shipped ammo on 01/19/2010 and a complete refund on 01/20/2010. He has ceased to responde to these last two emails. As a matter of fact he has not sent me an email since early 01/19/2010. Do not do business with him!! I am turning this over the USPS inspectors on 01/25/2010. BEWARE OF JERMO

Jeremy sent me an email on January 26th that he was returning my money and would hand deliver one box of ammo to me, now let me think it is February 9th and still no money, no ammo and no emails. I really dont know what is going on in his life and to be truthful dont care. Just send me my money. Jim

Jeremy I have sent you at least 3 PMs since you took your email address out and still have not received a response. I know you dont want to talk or email me. I just want my money back. You owe me 60.00 for ammo you will not ship to me. If I dont here from you by Monday 02152010 just to make life interesting I am going to file in small claims court in Woodward County, I know it will cost me more money but at this time I am willing to spend it just to get a judgement and satisfaction. BEWARE OF JERMO. And yes I am going to keep posting until I get my 60.00 dollars worth. Jim
