I moved and did the address change for my CWL. When I got it in the mail, I noticed the birthdate had the wrong month. Sure enough, when I pulled out my license with the old address, it had the wrong birth month too. I never noticed it! Maybe that's because when I pull it out the DOB is where my thumb goes?!? Anyway, I emailed OSBI and in a week, a new one with the corrected date showed up in the mail.
