I'm just not your guy on Back Porch ... while the food's decent (though I can't really say it's better than any other burger joint in town to me) it "feels" overpriced, but my main complaint is that it's usually just TOO DARN LOUD to carry on a conversation (same complaint with S&B, etc.). For "local flavor" there's always the Red Boot if someone gets there early enough to grab the big table.
Well, I won't be there next week to discuss/argue/whine over lunch but whatever you guys decide I will be in.

I can't come next week so argue away. I'll be there week after for sure. Can you guys ask your wives if there are any quilting stores I need to check out before I head back home. I may drive on down to Duncan and see how much it has changed in the last 20 years before I head back home. I grew up down there. Graduated an awful long time ago from DHS.
What about McKenzies' next week, and we'll save the Red Boot Grille for Annie's impending visit?
