I always wear the required orange, but got to thinking the other day about my back pack covering some of it up. The reg states "it must be visible", so, I've been in violation and have been lucky not getting a ticket. I have a spare vest, so now, I wrap it around the BP before putting it on.
I know in my neck of the woods they have been on a tear about making sure your deer has your name and license # on it before moving it from the field.
For that, I've been using a sharpie and writing my name and license # on the inside of a nylon zip tie, and putting it around the leg. As long as its on the inside, it won't get rubbed off.

You don't have to wear orange during bow season unless it during gun season. I was in Custer county and the warden's name is Gary R..... Something. Swell guy! It's funny that he could see me from at least 1/2 mile away!
