Stock that is attached, can be attached, can be modified to be attached, that ATF can envision to be possible to be attached (even if ATF experts cannot attach it),........ That seems to cover all the ATF usual iterations. It is a short-barreled rifle somewhere between unwrapping the package and ATF shooting your dog, breaking down your door. Secret Service has them........OK for them, not for you silly little We The Peeps Peon.
