Lever Evolution ammo in revolvers

How many of you have shot the lever evolution in your wheel guns?
I picked some up for my Redhawk .44 but havent had a chance to try it. I've heard good stuff about it. So far I can't find any factory ammo thats worth a darn in it and haven't had the space to start reloading for it.

I've used .357 mag lever evolution in a wheel gun, noting out of the ordinary that I could tell, but I intend to try it on deer next season.

Hey Bull, I've tried some of the .44mag out of a Dragoon and it shoots a bit higher than standard ammo. I know the 30-30 LeveRevolution works like a champ on deer.

I know you tried to be funny but your actually dead serious. The net is the only place to find it. I have some Leverevolution on order now for over 3 weeks. I wanted 100 rounds for my Taurus Judge in .45 Colt, and its just not to be had. I have some on order from three different companies currently. Should have bought some stock in ammo companies after the election I guess.

I haven't tried any in a wheel gun. But I bought some for my .357 rifle. Bass Pro is always sold out. But I came across some down at HL's pawn and gun in McAlester.

I reloaded mine since componet bullets are now available. When my 5 boxes of 30-30 are gone I wanted to be able to keep shooting these bullets. Plus my dies were getting lonely. Just wonder if a 1911 would feed them in .45......

Ya I'd like to take a deer or two with mine. Its saved my butt a time or two with hogs. Was orginially my back up gun in bear country and for close up on hogs. Wife got me the scope so I put it on and now want it for deer and other critters vs a backup.
