Depends if you include the Marine Corps planes or not.

If you can stand in front of a room full of Marines, tell them they're all in the Navy, and walk out with all of your teeth, I'll let you include Marine aircraft.

If you can believe Wikipedia, Marine Corps aviation should be included with the Navy:

All Marine Aviation programs except for specific Command and Control and Air Defense programs are funded by the Navy and Marine Officers are assigned to the Office of Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) Air Warfare Branch (N88) to represent their interests and serve as action officers.

In my 16 year military experience, a squid and a grunt can trash each other, and have a beer.

Squids, grunts, and zoomies can get along while drinking.

Grunts and Zoomies get along great with ground pounding Marines.

Squids and Ground Pounding Marines in the same room with no alcohol typically results in a melee. That's just my personal experience.
